after you stop yelling ,reboot
go to control panel then Internet options then advance click restore Internet explorer to default that worked for me then install firefox until ie gets fixed
If you had firefox installed and upgraded, it will do that. If you did a fresh install and installed firefox, making it your default browser, it will do that. In the second scenario, just make IE7 your default browser and it should clear up. In the first event, reinstall vista into a new directory and it will put all the old data into windows.old.

You've gotten some pointers here on your problem, so I'll make a few suggestions on Usenet posting that are meant very constructively. Please try to avoid posts with subjects like "Help!!" and "Emergency." It's considered impolite. Your subject should have a very brief description of the reason for your post. Secondly, typing in all-capitals is universally considered to be rude on Usenet as it's code for screaming, and this post is nothing to scream about. Lastly, if you expect help with your problem, you really must learn to post specific information on what is happening. Very vague statements like you've given here make it unlikely that anyone can help you because it's unlikely that anyone can understand exactly what your problem is.
